Our Commitment

Talent Search Haus is committed to ensuring that its website is accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We believe that everyone should be able to access information about our executive search and leadership advisory services without barriers.

Accessibility Standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.

We continually review and improve our website to maintain and enhance accessibility. Our current efforts include:

• Using clear, high-contrast colour combinations throughout the site

• Providing descriptive alternative text for all meaningful images

• Ensuring all forms are appropriately labelled for screen reader compatibility

• Maintaining a logical, consistent navigation structure across all pages

• Ensuring the website is functional using keyboard navigation only

Known Limitations

While we strive to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA across the entire website, some content may not yet fully conform. We are actively working to identify and resolve any gaps. If you encounter an issue, we encourage you to contact us directly.

Feedback and Contact

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of our website. If you experience any difficulty accessing content, encounter a barrier, or wish to request information in an alternative format, please contact us:

We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within five business days.
