Sharon was a founder of Collins Consulting Group, founded Talent Search Haus in 2015, and leads the firm as Founder and Managing Partner. In more than 30 years of executive search, she and the team have made over 1,600 senior appointments across financial services, energy transition, and defence. She works with boards, CEOs, and investors on C-suite and board searches, and assesses existing leadership teams and new members using TSH’s 5D Talent Due Diligence™ framework. She divides her time between Sydney and Melbourne. When she's not working, Sharon can be found at the gym (valiantly keeping pace with people half her age), catching up with family and friends, or travelling between Melbourne and Sydney, refusing to pick a favourite. Her curiosity extends beyond the changing way we lead and work; she's currently deep in the world of biohacking and longevity.
Edwina leads Talent Search Haus’s Defence and National Security practice. She began her defence career at Northrop Grumman Australia, running internal recruitment for the capture teams across JP2008, AIR 6500, and MQ-4C Triton. She has since sourced TSPV and TS/SCI personnel with CI Polygraph clearance for mission-critical programmes in Central Australia. Years in commercial and marketing leadership mean she reads the business before she reads the brief. She works with primes, SMEs, and national security organisations on executive and specialist appointments where capability, clearance, and delivery all matter. She is based in Queensland and works across Australia. Outside of work, Edwina starts most days with a swim at Noosa Main Beach, followed closely by good coffee. She enjoys reading recipes more than following them, prefers creating her own versions, and spends as much time as possible with friends who are very much her family. That balance, connection, curiosity, and care underpin how she works and lives.
Quinn Goh is Vice President at Code & Co., advising leading global investors on actionable AI, technology due diligence, and value creation. He brings senior product leadership experience across strategy, data & AI, CX, cyber and tech-enabled delivery, spanning 100+ deals and operational experience building platforms with over $500m in GMV/ARR across APAC and EMEA.
When not wrangling with technology, John is a keen sailor and enjoys a Wednesday twilight race. A bit of noodling on guitar, trying to increase a repertoire of one song! Whilst his gym attendance wanes these days, he tries to get his 10k steps in before breakfast most days. Melbourne has recently become home to be closer to good friends and family
